Front head style ( FHP ) is the anterior position of the cervical spine. This posture is sometimes called " Neck Text ", "Scholar's Neck", "Wearsie Neck", "iHunch" or "Reading the Neck."
This is a posture problem caused by several factors including high-headed sleep, extended computer and mobile phone use, lack of developed back muscle strength and lack of nutrients such as calcium. [1]
Possible negative effects include tingling and numbness in the arm, and a burning pain between the shoulder blades.
