J. High School Percy Page is a high school located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in the southern neighborhood of Mill Woods. It borders the Catholic Trinity Colleges, and the multi-recreational Mill Woods Park. Schools offer many opportunities for students including the Advanced Placement (AP) program, CTS courses and the Registered Apprenticeship Program (R.A.P.).

Histori
In the mid-1970s city planners, school boards, and community leaders developed a vision for the Mill Woods community. Since then, the Mill Woods population has expanded at an extraordinary rate. It now supports ten community leagues, which includes high school and a population of about 90,000. J. Percy Page School has become the center of this huge community, maintaining the registration of about 1100 students. J. Percy Page High School opened in 1984, and was named after former Alberta Lieutenant Governor J. Percy Page.....

Student Activity
J. Percy Page has a large number of student activities including the Student Union. The Student Union is run by a team of 5 to 7 executives selected by the students of the previous year, as well as any students who wish to be involved. The Student Union directs the leadership class, which hosts many shows such as Panther Pride Week, Eid and Diwali celebrations, Hallowe fashion shows, spring talent show, and various lunchtimes. The Page leadership program has more than 100 students enrolled in the class. These students attend leadership retreats, leadership learning and teamwork skills, host events, community volunteers and mentors with younger people in the surrounding schools.
As well as the Student Union, J. Percy Page offers PageTV. PageTV is a student press release broadcast through school television from 9 am to about 9:10 am from Monday to Thursday. This program includes school announcements, weather, sports, movie reviews, and other things expected by students or school teachers.
J. Percy Page also offers a wide range of athletics including volleyball, basketball, soccer, rugby, cross country, track and field, dance, swimming, water polo, wrestling, handball and curling. The school team and mascot of J. Percy Page are Panthers, with the color of the grape/red maroon, white, and black school schools.
Programs offered
J. Percy Page offers a variety of programs other than core core subjects. These courses are called Career and Technology Studies (CTS). Some courses include: Mechanics, Construction Technology, Cosmetology (up to 4-year apprenticeship program), Arts, Drama, Guitar, Music (Instrumental and Choir) Accounting/Financial Management, Computational Science, Robotics, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Studies, Leadership and Food. The page also offers a Registered Appeals Program (RAP) for students who want to work in a trade. Students enrolled in the RAP attend classes in one semester, and work as interns in other classes while earning credits. The available language courses are French, Spanish, and Punjabi. Work experience is also offered where students get 1 credit for every 25 working hours.
